• Stone disease is common in Sindh . پتھر کی بیماری سندھ میں عام ہے. اسباب گرم موسم، پانی کے کم مقدار،  Reasons are warm weather ,less intake of water, dehydration in children due to diarrhaes , 
• family history of stone diseas, less citrates in our body ,citrates preveny stone formation. 
• Therefore take plenty of water in a quantity that urine we pass should look like water ,take lemon in water and citrous fruits and avoid diarrhae in children.
